The agent of reported Manchester United and Arsenal target Benjamin Sesko was at Old Trafford for Sunday’s clash.
The Gunners regained top spot with a 1-0 win at the Theatre of Dreams, thanks to Leandro Trossard’s goal midway through the first half.
Mikel Arteta’s side have scored goals for fun in the second half of the season but the Spaniard remains keen to strengthen his attack this summer.
United’s need for a new striker is obvious, with Rasmus Hojlund struggling with the burden of being the club’s only fit forward for most of the campaign.
Anthony Martial will leave the club at the end of the season, when his contract expires.
Sesko, 20, was heavily linked to a move to Old Trafford in 2021 and Ralf Rangnick recommended the forward to the club.
But he joined RB Leipzig from RB Salzburg in 2023, where his development has continued at pace.
Sesko’s hit 17 goals in 41 appearances this term, a strong return in his first season in the Bundesliga.
He is said to have a release clause of around £60m, which has interested the likes of United and Arsenal.
And the presence of his agent at the Theatre of Dreams on Sunday will do little to dampen speculation.
Elvis Basanovic, of the Pro Transfer Agency, uploaded a photo of himself on the steps of the south stand holding a team sheet.
‘Just ordinary day in the Premier League office,’ he wrote.
